Acupuncture and Eastern Medicine Consultation
Eastern Medicine includes acupuncture, acupressure,
cupping, gua sha, moxa, herbal remedies, meditation, gentle exercise, and
dietary recommendations. During an Initial Consultation, the practitioner
gains a detailed understanding of the symptoms by observing complexion,
pulse, tongue, skin, hair, and nails, as well as discussing medical history
to help achieve the best diagnosis and course of treatment. Most cases
resolve within 8-weeks, but some symptoms require additional visits. All
acupuncture patients must complete the Initial Consultation before
receiving treatment.
